Dynamic Aging presents a new paradigm in older adult fitness; your age isn’t responsible for your lack of mobility; your habits are! In this class, geared specifically for 60-plus, participants will learn how to: Regain balance, increase mobility, maintain the ability to drive, reduce pain throughout their bodies, keep feet healthy and functional. Classes will be offered Tuesday, 9:00-10:00 am March 25-May 13.
