Sixty Forward will have a table at the 13th Annual “Rock On” in Retirment event hosted by Iowa State University Retirees Association. The event will feature Dr. Colleen Swartz and Abbie Coniglio and information on preventing falls, tai chi warmup for arthritis, yoga and chair yoga, mind/body balancing through meditation and shoe recommendations to prevent falls. Wear comfortable clothes so you can participate in the activities.
