Group Fitness Classes

Our group exercise classes are designed to meet your needs, whether you’re looking to increase your activity level, boost your flexibility, or enjoy an invigorating and fun exercise. Each class is led by an experienced instructor and offers a chance to meet new communities and be part of a supportive, active community. There’s something for everyone — come and move with us!   

Aqua Exercise

Water-based exercises provide a low-impact alternative to traditional workouts, perfect for those with joint issues or mobility restrictions. Programs such as water aerobics and Joints in Motion offer cardiovascular benefits and muscle strengthening while minimizing stress on the body.

The Fennelly Strength & Cardio Room at the Sixty Forward Center is open to individuals 60+. Independently train with the cutting edge EGYM Smart Strength equipment or our additional state-of-the-art strength and cardio machines. Whatever your fitness level, whatever your fitness goals — you can work toward them at the Sixty Forward Center.

You must complete an EGYM onboarding before using the EGYM Smart Strength equipment. Please view our EGYM/Cardio/Wellness page to learn more and find an onboarding time that works for you.

Sports Leagues & Lessons

Participating in sport leagues and lessons is a great way to stay active while enjoying a sense of community. Activities like Pickleball, golf, and disc golf provide aerobic exercise, improve coordination, and offer social interaction, contributing to your  overall well-being.
