Our events calendar is always buzzing with opportunities to get out, have fun, and meet some fantastic folks. Board game nights, bus trips, and Duckpin Bowling – there’s a whole world of fun just waiting for you.

HOBBY HAPPENINGS

Discover a new hobby or connect with others who share in your interests! In 45 minute sessions held in the Hobby Hub at the Sixty Forward Center, speakers will share their hobbies. Hobby Happening sessions will begin in November 2024. If you have a hobby you’d like to share with others, please call Jenny Schill, Sixty Forward Connection Coordinator, at 515-233-2906 to share your idea. And please check back in mid-October for specific information on selected topics, and the dates and times of each session.

  • Mahjong 101 and Bridge 101 (and other board and card games)
