What: Bingocize is offered through Story County Public Health in partnership with Aging Resources. Bingocize is an evidence-based health promotion program that combines bingo, exercise, and health education. The program runs for 6-10 weeks and meets twice per week, incorporating physical activity, nutrition education, falls preventions strategies, and of course FUN.
Who: People who live in rural areas, have low income, or may not have transportation or homebound.
