The Ames Pollinator-Friendly 10-Year Community Plan was created in 2023 to empower our community to do its part in slowing insect and bird pollinator decline in Iowa.
Please join Ames resident Lisa Kuehl for a fun discussion about this ambitious and inspiring undertaking. You will learn about the goals of the Plan to make Ames a showcase community for pollinator habitat in Iowa and the simple ways that residents and businesses can contribute to the plan’s success.
Attendees are invited to bring photos of projects they are already doing to support and increase urban pollinator habitat at home or work.
